Feinkoch Vienna

Hoffentlich konntet ihr gestern und heute nach dem Feierabend auch ein bisschen Sonne tanken! Der heutige Hostpot ist ein Einkaufsladen und befindet sich in der Nähe der Mariahilferstraße im 6. Bezirk in Wien in der Theobaldgasse. Seit 2012 kann man bei Feinkoch Natur pur und ein neuartiges Einkaufserlebnis erleben.

Das besondere an Feinkoch? – Ihr kauft nicht einzelne Lebensmittel sondern nach Rezepten! Das Prinzip ist schnell erklärt: Ihr sucht euch vor Ort oder Online ein Rezept aus, welches euch gefällt und bekommt dann im Laden die passenden Lebensmittel dazu inklusive dem Rezept. Die Rezepte sind für 2 Personen bemessen, können aber auch auf mehrere Personen aufgestockt werden. Wer nicht die Möglichkeit hat, selber in den Laden zu kommen, kann sich die Lebensmittel und Rezepte auch zustellen lassen. Möglich ist das in den 4.-9. Bezirk! Die Preise für die Hauptgerichte starten für 2 Personen ab 8 €. Der Shop von Feinkoch ist wirklich sehr schön und natürlich designt worden - erinnert mich etwas an einen modernen Tante Emma Laden.

Für mich persönlich ist Feinkoch ein Einkaufs- Highlight, was mich sehr beeindruckt. Gerne werde ich dort einkaufen, wenn ich nicht weiß, was ich kochen soll oder zu faul bin mir was zu überlegen. :)

Hopefully you could get some sun yesterday in the evening!
The today´s hotspot denotes itself as recipe- market and is located next to the Mariahilferstraße in the 6th district of Vienna in the Theobaldgasse. Since 2012 you can experience at Feinkoch pure nature and a unique shopping adventure!

The special at  this market of modern food?  - you are not only buying individual items but recipes. ?- what is the meaning about that? You  can choose online or in the shop a recipe you like and Feinkoch will provide this food in the shop or will deliver you this. Delivery is possible for th 4th - 9th district. The recipes are for two persons but can also add more persons. The price for the main dish for 2 people starts at €8. The shop itself is designed really beautiful.

Personally I think that Feinkoch provides a new shopping experience which impresses me a lot! I'm pretty sure that when I do not know what to cook I will go there and let decide them. :) Make your own impression - mine you can see above!

One hour restaurant - Vienna and the world

Hoffentlich konntet ihr gestern Abend und heute ebenfalls die Sonne genießen! Das Motto der Woche ist ja einfach anders - und passend dazu der heutige Hotspot - welcher zum 1.Mal keinen fixen Standpunkt hat. Ich möchte euch heute ein außergewöhnliches Konzept eines Steirers vorstellen, dass wirklich den Wow Effekt hat - nämlich das 1 Stunden Restaurant.

Wie 1 Stunden Restaurant? Der Steirer René Stessl hat vor einigen Jahren mit 2 Stühlen, einem Tisch, leckeren Essen ein wirklich tolles Konzept entwickelt. Für 1 Stunde verwandelt er die unterschiedlichsten Orte in ein Restaurant. Wie das geht? René Stessl stellt die Stühle und den Tisch beispielsweise auf den Times Square - deckt den Tisch ein und wartet bis 2 Leute Platz nehmen. Dannach serviert er ihnen ein typisch Österreichische 3 Gänge Menü - Von Gulasch über Schnitzel bis Kaiserschmarrn ist allles dabei. Manchmal bereitet er dieses Zuhause schon vor oder er kocht in der Küche eines Restaurants vor Ort. Doch René Stessl beglückte damit nicht nur Österreicher sondern war auch schon in der ganzen Welt unterwegs. Zuletzt war er in Köln! Hoffen wir dass er bald wieder nach Österreich kommt!

Mein Fazit: Ein wirklich tolles Konzept aus Österreich mit dem WOW Effekt!

I hope you were able to enjoy the sun yesterday and today too. Today I will present you an amzing concept from an Austrian guy named xy. The special thing about today's hotspot is, that it does not have a fix places - it can move! I proudly present you the 1 hour restaurant.

1 hour restaurant? Yeah, René Stessl developed some years a great concept - all he needed were 2 chair and 1 table. For one hour this guy turns the pedestrian zone into a restaurant. E.g. he places the chairs and table on the Times Square and waits till 2 people sit down. Afterwards he starts to serve three typical Austrian dishes - ranking from Gulasch, till Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn . Sometimes he already prepares the food at home but sometimes he cooks at restaurants nearby. René Stessl does not only cook in Austria he has been cooking worldwide. His last stop with Colon! Hopefully he will come back to Austria soon!
My conclusion: An amazing concept from an amzaing Austrian guy which does have the WOW - effect.

Pokos Obertrum

Hey :)

Wie gehts euch? Wie versprochen ein weiterer Beitrag aus Salzburg. Heute habe ich mich mal in der Umgebung von Salzburg umgeschaut und diesen tollen Hotspot gefunden. Das Pokos liegt in Obertrum, in der Nähe von Mattsee und nur 20 km von der Salzburger Innenstadt entfernt.

Warum habe ich mich für diesen Hotspot entschieden? Abgesehen davon, dass das Pokos eines meiner Lieblingslokale ist bietet das Pokos etwas ganz besonderes an - eine Fingerfood Platte für Zwei. Von Hühnerflügel, Kartoffelchips, Gemüse, Mozarellasticks, Frühlingsrollen, Chicken Nuggets bis hin zu den 3 frei wählbaren Dips lässt diese Platte das Herz höher schlagen. Wer dann noch Hunger hat kann das hausgemachte Eis oder Sundaes noch probieren - meine Empfehlung ist aber eine Kugel Raffaelo Eis mit Karibik Feeling.
Die Einrichtung des Restaurant ist modern und jung und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt  und gemütlich.

Fazit: Wer mal für einen Badetag an die Trumer Seen fährt sollte am Abend dieses Restaurant nicht missen und dort Abendessen!

How are you? As I promised you yesterday I have a new hotspot for you. Only 20 kms far away from the city center of Salzburg you can find the Trumer Seengebiet with lovely landscape, lakes and a fantastic deliscious hotspot. Pokos is the name of a restaurant located in Obertrum.

Why have I chosen this hotspot? Well it is one of my favorites ones - because of its so called "Fingerfood" plate for 2 persons. Chicken wings, potatoe chips, vegetables, mozarella sticks, vegetable rolls, chicken nuggets and three dips you will find on the big plate. Apart from that fact that it tastes deliscious it is a lot. Whoever is still hungry after eating the plate can enjoy handmade ice cream or sundaes - you should definitely try the Raffaelo ice cream!
The furniture and design of the restaurant is simple, modern and young. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed.

Conclusion: Whoever is planning to spend a day on one of the many lakes in the Trumer Seengebiet should not miss this restaurant!
